The 4th International Symposium on C-H Activation (ISCHA4) will be held in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan from August 30 to September 2, 2018 and, on behalf of the organizing committee, we invite you to attend this meeting. Yokohama has the best access to transportation and can be reached from Tokyo within 30 min. Yokohama and neighboring cities have a variety of beautiful and interesting cultural sites.

The ISCHA originated in China (2012, Beijing) and, since then, this symposium has been held in every two years. Previous symposia were held in Rennes (2014) and in Montréal (2016). ISCHA will allow researchers from all around the world to discuss the latest, interesting discoveries in the fields of carbon-hydrogen bond activation chemistry. This symposium will provide a great opportunity to become acquainted with prestigious speakers. We strongly encourage young scientists including graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to attend ISCHA4 to extend their research fields.
